Healthy Chocolate Fudgesicles

EASY PEEZY FUDGESICLES!!!

One of my favorite recipes for my son is my all natural fudgesicles.

They are all natural all vegan all healthy chocolate fudgesicles.  And they taste So Delicious!

I’m not ready to give my son sugar yet.

I want to keep him as healthy as possible as long as possible, and one way is to make all my healthy brownies and Popsicle and granola bars at home on my own!  So easy!

This recipe is so easy to whip up!  Especially if you happen to have a vitamix blender and a zoku popsicle maker.

The vitamix is just a high speed blender- though you can make this with a normal blender as well, some of my recipes you can’t.  and the zoku maker makes popsicles in 7 minutes, so when my son is screaming and i need something like ice to calm his teething issues, I just get out my zoku maker and boom!

I have popsicles ready in an instant!

Here is the Basic recipe:

THESE ARE SO EASY TO MAKE AND SO FRIGGIN HEALTHY! Servings : 9 Popsicles — Prep Time :5 Minutes

  • 2 Cups Almond Milk
  • 2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
  • 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 2 Bananas

Servings: PopsiclesInstructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender. Whip it! Whip it good!
  2. Pour into popsicle moods and freeze, or use zoku maker and have it ready in 7 minutes. Yum! Yum!

Recipe Notes

HINT:  I LOVE to add 1 cup of pecans in for extra flavor and for added protein, as we are vegan/ vegetarian, and so he needs a lot more sources of protein in his diet.

This is a great way to sneak it in.  Sometimes I put in an avocado, and the cocoa and maple syrup mask the flavor all-together.

He wouldn’t know the difference!

Hint 2: To get it tasting as close as possible to the actual fudgesicles, I add a can of coconut milk instead of the almond milk.

It gives a more creamier flavor!  Have fun with this one!

Enjoy!
