Vegan Chips Ingredients :
- potatoes – 8 pcs.,
- Carrots – 4 pcs.,
- Celery root – 1 pcs.,
- Zucchini – 1 small,
- canned green peas – 1/2 cup,
- yogurt – ½ cup,
- wheat flour – 1/2 cup ,
- vegetable oil – 1/2 cup,
- ground black pepper,
- baking soda – 1/3 teaspoon,
- apple vinegar – 1 teaspoon,
- salt to taste.

Boil the potatoes “in their skins”, cool, peel, grate or pass through a meat grinder with a large nozzle.
Peel the carrots and celery root, wash, finely chop and saute in vegetable oil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
In an enameled bowl, combine potatoes, root vegetables, green peas and zucchini grated.
Add salt, pepper, soda, quenching it with vinegar, whey and flour.
Mix thoroughly, form small steaks and fry them in oil over medium heat.
Fry each side for 2 minutes, then simmer for 4 minutes under a lid over low heat. Serve by pouring sour cream.
