How To Prepare The Pumpkin Pie Recipe :

1. Peel and slice the pumpkin in a microwave steamer and cook on high heat for 10 minutes. 

(You can also steam it in a steamer, or put a small amount of water in a dish and cover it with plastic wrap and microwave for 10 minutes on high heat).

2. Steam the pumpkin while squashing it into a pumpkin puree with a spoon and stir in the right amount of sugar

3. Prepare the right amount of glutinous rice flour and caster sugar

4. Add pumpkin puree and glutinous rice flour at a ratio of about 1: 1, adding glutinous rice flour little by little.

5. If the dough is too dry, add a small amount of water until it becomes a pumpkin dough without sticking hands.

6. Divide the dough into small pieces and knead.

5. Pumpkin Hair Cake Recipe

Ingredients: 

pumpkin, peeled 300 g flour 220 g, sugar 15 g yeast 3 g 80-100 g heated raisins or dates  amount

How to cook the Pumpkin Hair Cake :

1. Pumpkin peeled and sliced
