You will say that almost any bread recipe out there is a vegan one, but you will be forgetting a very significant detail.
A vegan diet needs to use every trick in the book, and sometimes needs to come up with an entirely new book, to add as many of the vitamins and minerals that are usually found in animal products.
So, in order to do just that we came up with a simple bread recipe that uses just enough almond milk to give you some of the benefits this delicious drink offers you.
The bread itself comes out looking just as fluffy and delicious as you would expect, and the almond taste will not overpower the natural flavor of bread.
You will, however, be able to feel a very subtle sweetness that you would not get in your average bread recipe without adding sugar to it.
