Chocolate muffins and vegan cheese

Muffin recipe chocolate chip and vegan cheese that can be pampered without harming animals ..

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups flour flour
1 cup brown sugar (white sugar can be used)
1/4 cup of cocoa
1 teaspoon of baking soda
A little salt
1 3/4 cups boiling water
1/2 cup canola oil
A little vinegar (about 2 teaspoons)
1 quality vanilla extract
120g tofu cheese (half a package)
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon of flour is swollen
1/2 teaspoon quality vanilla extract

Preparation Chocolate muffins


In a bowl, mix 1.5 cups flour, cup brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt to a uniform mixture

In a separate bowl, mix oil, vinegar, vanilla extract and boiling water to form a uniform mixture

In a third bowl, mix the tofu cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, a tablespoon of flour. Vanilla for a uniform mixture.

Unite the 2 saucer bowls and a smooth and uniform mixture.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, and grease a socket for muffins. (You can use “mounts”) pour from the mixture into glasses to 1/3 height.

Add a little of the cheese mixture and cover with 1/3 additional mixture.

Put in the oven for about 17 minutes. (Over-baking that may dry the muffins should be avoided)
