Healthy and satisfying energy snack

Why feed our kids with high-sugar and empty nutritional snacks? Why not indulge ourselves with a sweet, rich and mostly delicious snack? A recipe for an energy snack that is easy to make and delicious

Ingredients:


1/2 cup quaker
1 cup granola
1 tablespoon rice crackers
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup of nuts
1/2 cup dried raisins / cranberries
1/2 cup almond
4-5 tablespoons raw grinding
1/4 cup of silane
1 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon sesame (not required)
50 C. Margarine


Preparation:


Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Unite well until uniform.

Line a baking sheet, and tighten the mixture well into the mold (try to avoid holes and gaps)

Put in preheated oven to 170 words for about half an hour or until golden.

Using a sharp knife, cut uniform rectangles and cool completely

Store in a sealed jar.
