2 Cups Soy Milk
8 deseeded Dates (I used Fard).
2 tbsp Fresh Aloe Vera Gel.
8-10 leaves Fresh Holy Basil.
2 Frozen Bananas.
2 tsp Turmeric (Use more or less according to preference).
1 tsp Cinnamon.
1 tsp Ginger Powder.


Blend everything together.
