  • 500 grams baking flour
  • 1 cup sugar Mixed chopped nuts
  • One teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water or soy milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar

Flavourings:

You may use unsweetened chocolate, pureed pumpkin, banana or grated carrots.

How To Make The Vegan Birthday Cake: :

  • Sift the flour and add in the nuts.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
