Just keep in mind you will need a food processor large enough to at least hold 2 cups of water and 1 cup of almonds.
The steps below cover how to make almond milk in a food processor without soaking overnight:
Step 1: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. (By blanching the almonds you can avoid having to soak the almonds overnight.)
Step 2: Add 1 cup of almonds to boiling water and boil for 20 minutes to 30 minutes.
Step 3: Strain and drain the almonds from the boiling water.
(If you want you can peel the skins off the almonds or leave them on.)
Step 4: Add the boiled almonds to a food processor and process thoroughly.
Step 5: Add two cups of water to the processed almonds and stir the almonds and water in the food processor on a low setting.
Step 6: Strain the almond milk using a nut milk bag or cheesecloth into a container.
Step 7: Save the almond milk pulp for other uses or discard.
