Stuffed Cabbage Rolls Recipe


  • 750 g of cabbage,
  • 2 carrots,
  • 1 glass of rice,
  • 2-3 onions,
  • 2-3 tablespoons of tomato juice,
  • 300 g of tomatoes,
  • ½ cup vegetable oil,
  • salt,
  • garlic,
  • citric acid,
  • parsley,
  • pepper.

Dismantle a head of fresh cabbage into leaves and cut the stems with a knife.

Pour with salted boiling water with citric acid and leave for 10 minutes.

In heated vegetable oil, fry rice, carrots and onions.

Pour in tomato juice and keep on fire until rice swells.

After removing from heat, mix rice with finely chopped tomatoes and chopped parsley.

Salt, pepper, season with garlic. With this force meat, form cabbage rolls, put them in a deep bowl, add boiling water to half, add tomato juice, squeeze the porcelain plate on top and simmer for 40 minutes under the lid over low heat.
