Vegan and nutritious burger

A veggie burger bun with mayonnaise, ketchup, tomato and lettuce stimulates us all. So why not make one for us? 

A vegan and nutritious burger is recommended to serve fries and / or onion rings nearby. 


  • one cup red beans 
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 Medium grated zucchini in well-drained grater with liquid
  • 1/4 cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 a bunch of parsley 
  • 1 large finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


In a food processor, grind the beans, cauliflower, breadcrumbs, mustard and ketchup. And transfer to a bowl.

 Add the grated zucchini. The parsley when it is well chopped without stems, the onion when it is finely chopped (you can fry the onion before adding it to the bowl – it will taste rich). Add flour and spices, mix well.

Divide the pulp into medium pellets, and flatten evenly.

In a frying pan with a little oil, fry well on both sides. It is important to be gentle and not to make the burger too early for fear of falling apart.

Placing the burger on a round bun smeared with mayonnaise and ketchup, and topped with fresh lettuce, tomato and pickle will ensure you a perfect meal.
