Easy vegan recipe dessert .
Chocolate balls are minimally decorated for reasons on a tray in the fridge, liquidated for two days.
Everyone loves chocolate balls. It is fun to create them with your children or to put your imagination and decorate and fill them with good.
- 100 grams of dark chocolate (Table 1)
- 400 grams of biscuits
- 10 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 8 tablespoons of sugar
Coating options –
Coconut, ground nuts, granola, cocoa powder, sugar powder, colored candies, chopped pistachios, shredded cocoa beans and more.
In Ben Marie (a pot of boiling water over which a bowl is placed without touching the water), dissolve the chocolate and sugar until uniform.
Mash the biscuits until medium-small pieces are obtained.
In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the melted chocolate and add cocoa, soy milk and vanilla extract.
Wet your hands slightly, forming balls of the desired size.
Dip the balls in the chosen coating. A variety of coatings is recommended.
Cool in the fridge and serve cold.
