Vegan cilantro pesto spread

1/2 cup basil leaves without stems

1/2 1 cup coriander leaves without stems

1 crushed garlic tooth

1/3 cup olive oil

10 unpeeled or salted pecans.

Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation:


Grind all the ingredients in the food processor until you get the desired texture and serve.

You can store the prepared pesto spread in the refrigerator for a week from the day of preparation in a sealed jar.
