Vegan skewers is one of the best vegan recipe especially during the holidays and Independence Day.

No more! Vegan skewers are very tasty and easy to prepare. Full pleasure and not at the expense of our animal companion. 

You can choose your own vegetables.

A variety of skewers can be made and prepared in all colors and flavors according to preference.

Recommended Vegetables:

  • Onion
  • garlic
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Eggplant
  • Zucchini
  • Potatoes
  • sweet potato
  • Carrot
  • Peppers in a variety of colors (green, red, orange, etc.)
  • Fresh mushrooms
  • Tofu 

Per job:

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons silan
  • Salt
  • black pepper


1- Cut the vegetables and tofu into cubes or coins and put in a job.

2- Set the job aside for about 15 minutes until the flavors are assimilated.

3- Refine the vegetables and tofu according to preference .

4- Preparing a large amount of Vegan skewers is recommended.
