Eggs are seen as essential for use in a wide variety of recipes, but it turns out that there are many excellent substitutes that help us avoid animal abuse.

For vegan spices you can use a flour mixture for tempered tempered with a little cold water. This mixture sticks well to coating before frying.
It is important to note that nutritionally the egg is part of the protein group. Plant origin proteins such as legumes and soybeans are better and better quality as they do not contain cholesterol and fat like egg.
