Mashed Potato Pancakes

Sweet hot pancakes! A soft and tasty potato pancake. And so easy to prepare. And most fun, it’s without frying. It is both easier to prepare and healthier.

  • 4 potatoes
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation of potato pancake :
